We want you to love your Perki Brow Kit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — no return shipping, no forms, no hassle.

How to request a refund

Email us at patchesperki1@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, and you will receive a confirmation email once issued.

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• One refund per customer per product; applies to purchases made directly on our store.
• We may ask about your experience to help us improve — answering is never a condition of your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, the 60-day money-back guarantee applies instead.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not arrived within 10 business days of our confirmation, check with your bank or card provider first, as posting times vary. Still missing? Email us and we will trace it with our payment processor.
