Shipping Policy

Every order ships with free tracked shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your region. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may occasionally vary during holidays, sales periods, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order tracking

Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at patchesperki1@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before the order ships. We are unable to reroute packages once they are with the carrier.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier first — packages are sometimes scanned early. If it still has not appeared within 3 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
